Dr. Lukas Lüftinger

Lukas Lüftinger defended his PhD thesis "Antibiotic Resistance Prediction from Sequencing Data by Machine Learning" with very good grades. During his PhD project, Lukas investigate the application of Machine Learning towards genomic Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing, placing a particular focus on the reliability and applicability of models for epidemiological surveillance and diagnostic applications.
